Why do I have a constant odor in nose after a rhinoplasty?

Thank you for your question.  While it is possible you have a nasal infection, unless you have symptoms of pain, fever, nasal redness, etc, it is unlikely to be a nasal soft tissue infection.  More likely, you have some area inside your nose where the mucous is not circulating physiologically.  This leads to crusting and bacteria love crusts.  It is the bacteria that are causing the foul odor.  These crusts can be inside the nose or in the sinuses.  See your surgeon so they can evaluate and treat you.  All the best!
