9/4/15 I had my BA 420cc saline under the muscle. Its almost been a month and lately I've been feeling a dull pain in the incision of my right breast.. They look good, but I don't know if this is normal.. I've been wearing a wireless sports bra for some time now and even now that's been irritating me recently.. Ugh, help!

Yes it is normal for implants to heal at different rates. Since there has been a change in your post op course, I would recommend following up with your Surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend most appropriate treatment plan at this time.
