Incision pain one month post op?

9/4/15 I had my BA 420cc saline under the muscle. Its almost been a month and lately I've been feeling a dull pain in the incision of my right breast.. They look good, but I don't know if this is normal.. I've been wearing a wireless sports bra for some time now and even now that's been irritating me recently.. Ugh, help!

Your sugar needs to be properly controlled to avoid healing problems, infection and other risks.Medical clearance is needed prior to implant surgery.  Coordinating with your plastic surgeon is recommended.

  It is not uncommon to hear or feel a fluid sound immediately after surgery and even up to a few weeks after surgery. What you are describing in unusual. I would suggest you see your surgeon and have them evaluate the issue. Good luck. Dr. Gervais
