Hi @connolly110! This was an excellent question. More wrinkles do not appear once tear trough fillers have worn off. Your skin will just return to how it looked pre-filler.
This is a great question. Once fillers wear off, your skin will just go back to how it was before. Hope this helps.
Lower eyelid filler injections will have no effect on the condition of your skin after the filler wears off. Your skin will not stretch from filler placement. If you have fine lines and wrinkles of your skin you may want to consider laser or chemical peel to the lower eyelid skin which can be performed safely either before or after your filler placement.
Hello and thank you for your question. No, it doesn't cause more wrinkling after it's worn off, it just goes back to whichever wrinkles you had prior to the injections.
Once under eye filler wears off it will not cause more wrinkles, but your skin will resume the appearance it had prior to the filler injections. In addition to getting under eye filler injections, using medical grade skin care products and getting regular treatments with platelet rich fibrin injections can stimulate collagen production and help to improve the appearance of under eye skin. We often see the best results when these combination therapies are used.
When those fillers wear off you'll go back to the look you've had before and see some more hollowness, wrinkles, etc. But, few ever want to go back. :-)Best from Boston, Dr. Onir

Thanks for the question. You should be able to flying a couple of days after your surgery. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
I prefer to treat tear trough using Restylane and a blunt tip microcannula. CLH-Advance is not approved by the FDA and so most physicians in the U.S. will not have experience with it.
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion...
