When under eye filler wears off can it cause wrinkles under the eyes ?

Hi @connolly110! This was an excellent question. More wrinkles do not appear once tear trough fillers have worn off. Your skin will just return to how it looked pre-filler.

This is a great question. Once fillers wear off, your skin will just go back to how it was before. Hope this helps. 

Lower eyelid filler injections will have no effect on the condition of your skin after the filler wears off.  Your skin will not stretch from filler placement.  If you have fine lines and wrinkles of your skin you may want to consider laser or chemical peel to the lower eyelid skin which can be performed safely either before or after your filler placement.
