Will flying after fillers in chin and cheek have any long term effects?

I have booked with a local injector who I trust but I suddenly have to travel overseas with work 36 hours after our appointment. I do not mind temporary swelling or bruising but will the flying affect the long term results? Thank you.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to flying a couple of days after your surgery. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

Flying after a filler treatment should have no effect on the results of the procedure.  I have had patients fly the same day with no problems.

There should be no problem flying after your dermal fillers.  You may experience slightly more swelling/bruising due to fluid shifts  during your flight but it will have no long term effect on the product.
