Boston specialist, Dr. Merah, recommended I treat my bite alignment w. a splint/muscle therapy, and orthodontics, and afterwards pursue surgery for the asymmetry. 2 yrs later- I am getting my braces off and have an aligned bite. Dr Mehra suggested a sliding genioplasty w. rhinoplasty. I would like to have my features balanced in one surgery. Are there doctors who can do both procedures? Are there other options besides a sliding genioplasty for my chin? I prefer the shorter, left side of my face.
