Question

Cant believe i have to go through all this. The more settled the lipo got the more gross. Now its showing how much he took out and just dumped it, when i had little to begin with. Hardly any to fix it. Will a lift fix this mess? Will i have a man butt then? How far does a lift go down under glut? I need to know what the best answer is so i can eventually go back to making money. Believe me i have an attorney. This is total negligence. Expert witness next. No tissue where dent is. Its hollow eyes

Thank you for your question.The problem you have should first be treated with Fat injections (If you have enough available). An Outer Thigh and Buttock Lift, where the excess skin and subcutaneous tissues can be used to add volume to the Buttocks will also be a good options. I would recommend the second option only after you have done Autologous Fat Injections. All The Best !

Without examination and hearing your specific concerns it is difficult to give advice. However, looking at your pictures I think you would benefit greatly from a medial thigh lift. A body lift will really only lift your buttock skin and lateral thighs. The posterior and medial thighs need a thigh lift for improvement.

Hello and thank you for your question. I believe  you may have asked this before. You  certainly  don't  have  an easy problem  to solve. As such you have different  options. No matter I believe all your options will include some forms of a spiral thigh lift. I from what I can see would combine that with a posterior butt lift which in my hands includes a "hip flap" specifically  designed by myself to prevent the masculinization that you so aptly  have noted from these procedures. I would also add fat injections if you have available  fat elsewhere  to use. If you have a lot of fat elsewhere  then you possibly  could get  away  with the spiral thigh lift and fat injections alone.
