I have always hated the back of my legs and butt. I had a lower body lift. While my surgeon is a total rockstar in regards to the tummy tuck portion, I am still unhappy with the back of my legs. Would additional lipo or a redo of the lift be beneficial? I hate the fat deposits below my butt on the posterior thighs as well as the shape of my butt. Any suggestions would be great! I posted an after picture in my previous post. Here is the before picture. Thanks
