How long after my first BBL can I get more lipo and fat added to my butt? (photo)

I had a bbl 9 weeks ago , I was pretty chunky before and got a lot of fat taken out . I had no butt though from the start . I got my bbl and my dr added 1,000cc into each cheek. Now that I’m healed I’m uneven on the one side (right side) no I didn’t sleep on the fat it was like this from day one . Also don’t have much projection . I also have some fat below my bust area that wasn’t removed .also my one waist doesn’t go in like other How long should I wait before getting another bbl ? Pic below .
