It's been 3 years since I've gotten a BBL. The doctor put a lot more than I asked and I don't like the shape or placement. I want to get Lipo in my hips to make the shape better. He basically put all the fat on the upper sides of my hips and none in the middle and it looks square. I had a really nice shaped butt and I feel he messed it up. If I was to get lipo in that hip area what would it look like? I have good thick skin and muscle. I don't want irregularities or sagging though.
