BBL with fat injections to the lateral portion of my body? Or stick with hips? I want the best outcome for a flatter smoother stomach w/ a more curvy structure.
Answer: Laterals vs Hips: which would give me the best outcome for curves and flatter stomach? (Photo) Recommend that BBL be performed before the TT. Liposuction of the abdomen, back and flanks results in a waist as small as possible. Unfortunately, liposuction would debulk the fat but would not address any abdomen skin issues. The TT with muscle and hernia repair will be the only surgery to address skin laxity in the appropriate fashion. Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Best recommendation Lipo, BBL I would suggest an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your options and risks. The photo suggest that the abdominal muscles may need repair and perhaps and umbilical hernia is present. That can not be treated by liposuction alone. The hips however may be help with liposuction and how much fatis available has to be determine by your surgeon. Best wishes.

Answer: Laterals vs Hips: which would give me the best outcome for curves and flatter stomach? Hello TBean21 - Based on the photos that you have provided it appears that you would be a good candidate for a BBL and TT. To achieve the curvier appearance, taking down the waist as much as possible and adding to the hips will achieve that look. The Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure designed to transfer fat from one area of the body, typically the stomach and thighs, hips, knees, and back to the buttock through liposuction. The procedure is meant to reshape, but also enhances the size of a buttock to better fit the figure and provides a perky appearance to rear end. It is unique by the use of the patients own harvested body fat, rather than the use of synthetic material. This allows for a healthier and longer lasting result. If you desire a tighter, flatter abdomen, then a tummy tuck could be appropriate to help achieve your goals. A tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin, and in some cases, can restore weakened or separated muscles. Typically a TT and a BBL are done at the same time. Next step for you is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and goals. Best wishes.

Answer: #Brazilianbuttlift #BBL #plasticsurgery Thank you for your awesome question! Your bio is very helpful, however without the benefit of knowing your full health history and an in person exam it's impossible to say for certain. I perform many BBL plastic surgeries on patients from all over the country. I would recommend you have an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon with these credentials: *Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery -- The gold star symbol *A member of the ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) -- The circle symbol *A member of the ASAPS (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) -- the Queen Nefertitti symbol with a Triangle *On faculty at local plastic surgery teaching program -- affiliated with both Duke and UNC schools of plastic surgery. I hope this is helpful and wish you all the best in your journey. My sincere best, Brian S. Coan, MD, FACS

Answer: BBL I would have to see other views. It may involved both a slight reduction not he lateral thighs and augmentation with fat along the hips to round that out really nicely!
