Would I be able to get a BBL for a more feminine looking body? (Photos)

It's appears a BBL would be a good option for you to achieve a more femine figure. However, it's important to take into account that you may not achieve the exact same results as your wish pictures. Managing expectations is important when considering any type of surgical procedure.  During this procedure, fat is harvested via liposuction from different areas of the body such as waist, back, flanks and thighs and then transferred to the buttocks. I recommend an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate how much fat can be removed at your current size. Then they can also give you a better idea of what the expected results would be.

Thank you for sharing your photos.  Looking at your pictures, your desired result will require a fair amount of fat.  Your body photo shows you may have enough fat to be liposuctioned from your abdomen and flanks and grafted to your hips, but not enough for your buttocks.  I think you would be a better candidate for buttock augmentation with implants at the same time.  I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs buttock augmentation with intramuscular implant placement.

Based on your photos I believe that you can achieve a feminine figure with a liposuction, to give you more contour around your waist, the areas that will have liposuction depends on your specific goals. 
The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
