I' had a bbl surgery 8 days ago. first day I got home from the surgery I noicted my right butt is rounder and seem like my surgeon have Injected more fat on the right butt than the left. is this the doctor fault? Can I ask for a revision with no charge? I cannot wait 6 months for the butt to heal to see the result cause I already know when the butt healed it won't be even. The left butt is not round or full. During the consultation with my surgeon I clearly told him that I want a full round butt.

Answer: Uneven buttocks right after BBL Thanks for your question. Without photos or details of your surgery, no one can say for sure without an in person visit or possibly some studies. It's probably too early to say, but there are some possibilities as to why you are asymmetric, such as additional swelling or bruising on one side, or fluid/blood that has collected there. You will need to follow up closely with your surgeon and discuss your concerns, and do this primarily for your safety as you may be having a significant complication. It's possible that a revision may be needed, or things may even out, but it's far too early to tell. So be patient for now, and stick with your surgeon to guide you through the initial recovery period.

Answer: Liking symmetry after BBL No one can properly answer your question at this time. Most people aren't errantly asymmetrical and this is often seen especially early after procedures such as a BBL. The buttocks also hold tight layers of connective tissue you that for some people does not allow the buttocks to take the shape the patient may want regardless of how talented the surgeon is. I have seen surgeons who have it delivered that's at stellar results but more so particularly with a BBL I would say each person has the potential for certain types of improvements.
