I've been fluctuating between a 17 and 16.5 BMI. I am working on gaining the weight. Aesthetically, I'm not too concerned as my face has remained pretty much the same weight wise. But I want to ensure it's safe to move ahead from a medical perspective. I'm physically healthy otherwise.

HA fillers may have the advantage of being dissolved if you don't like the result. That said, the dissolving enzyme does not work 100% of the times. Unfortunately, a needle or a cannula cannot be used to aspirate filler material. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
