I had restylane injected into my tear troughs twice about 10-12 years ago. I had a lot of issues with puffiness and had some dissolved, but years later,l no filler put it, and one eye looks so much puffier than the other when I smile. Is it a fat pad or is this still filler? I read that studies show that filler can last more than 10 years in the TT area. How do I know it’s filler and not a fat pad protruding? How do I resolve this issue ? Will a lower lid bleph help this situation?
