I have thin veins. Whenever nurses try to draw blood from me, they always struggle. Does having thin veins increase the risk of complications when having filler e.g. higher risk of vascular occlusion?

Once the fillers have settled it should be okay to massage the non treated areas as you described. However I encourage you to demonstrate to your injector where and how the area is massaged to get her/his opinion.
