Is it possible to flatten hairs placed at 45 degree angles? (Photo)

I had an eyebrow transplant and am having issues with symmetry, placement, direction and angle of hairs. A large number of follicles were placed which makes me worry there could be permanent damage if I remove them all. I was assured several times before and during the procedure that the hairs were being placed horizontal against the skin. However, they range from 45-90 degrees and look awful. Is there any way to fix this or will I have to remove every single hair? I am devastated.

Firstly, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the result, and I completely understand. However, I believe there are still options for correction. The solutions I can suggest are as follows:
Consider getting another eyebrow transplant, consisting of around 400-500 grafts for both eyebrows, with the correct angle to camouflage the ones with the wrong angle.
Utilize an eyebrow lamination product to assist with styling and grooming the transplanted eyebrows.

It is very challenge to get really flat angle eyebrow from transplantation. However, do you ever try to leave the hair longer? Once the hair get longer, around 1.5 cm , you may be able to gloom them to flatter angle. Use perm solution to help it flat. You can send me pictures after you grow your eyebrow a little longer. We can discuss about the solution.
