Eyebrow hair loss after laser epilation - what can I do about this?

Hello I am having laser epilation done on my face. There was eyebrow and eyelash loss in the last 3 sessions. In the last session, it was applied only to the cheek area. I wore large and wide glasses. I don't know how much it protects. Can eyebrows affected by laser and shed grow back? what should I do.
