In the photos, there are visible concerns in both the lower face/neck area and the breast shape, but the photos do not determine safety; safety depends more on your health, BMI, nicotine use, lab results, bleeding risk, clot risk, and expected operative time.
Ask your surgeons for a clear plan before proceeding: accredited facility, anesthesia by an experienced anesthesia team, estimated total hours, blood-loss and fluid plan, DVT prevention, and whether overnight monitoring is recommended. If the combined operation will be very long, or if you smoke, have anemia, clotting history, heart/lung problems, or other medical risks, staging the breast surgery and face/neck lift on separate dates may be safer and easier to recover from.
