I have very large hips on my small body frame, and underneath are huge indents. It's always looked weird to me. I'm also super tall so it's more noticeable, and it's always been hard to find any bottoms that fit me correctly because of it. Is there any possible way to get rid of it?

Answer: How to get rid of hip dents. What we see in your photo is an "A" shape to buttock where the upper buttock narrows in rather than a straight or rounded profile. The hip dents can be removed by liposuction of the hip and waist, and fat grafting into the buttock and hollow. This is a form of the Brazilian butt lift, a shaping procedure that can apply to many.

Answer: How to get rid/remove of hip dents? I am not sure that I fully understand what your concern is. It looks like from the photos that you have an area at the waist that protrudes more than the area just above the widest part of your hips. It is difficult to give specific advice in your situation without doing a formal examination. It may be an option to get liposuction of the waistline and hip/saddle bag area to make these areas smaller in proportion to the area of the "dents". This would be your best option as long as there is excess fat in these areas and your goal is to be smaller overall. If you like your overall size and just don't like the "dents", fat grafting to that area may also be an option (or a little of both). It would be best for you to find a PS and go for a consultation, so they can do an exam and give specific advice that is right for you.
