I'm considering hip implants and glute before fat trans over that area. any specialist on permanent implants in united states? what's the difference between hard and soft glute/hip implants are the really soft?

In the US all body implants are made of utrasoft solid silicone which feels very soft. There really is no hard vs soft buttock and hip implants, they are all of soft solid compositions. There are no standard hip implants and using implants made for other body areas for the hips is fraught with shape issues. The way to make hip implants is to custom design them for each patient based on their dimensional needs.

The implants available in the US are buttock implants made from a firm silicone. I have performed this on men and women.  Fat can be added, but I prefer at a later time to avoid cross-contamination at the first procedure.
