How can I achieve bigger hips? Sculptra hip injections, butt implants, hip augmentation, or fat transfer? (photos)

Hmmmm.... this is a bit hard to tell.  If you have some fat, then definitely use it as a miniBBL and use what you have while you cinch in your waist area.  If you don't have enough fat, Sculptra is a good backup plan however it takes a series of injections to get volume.  Finally buttock implants are, what I consider, a final option.  My advice is to always stay conservative with implants.  The best place to start is with a proper inperson consultation with board certified plastic surgeon experienced with buttock enhancement.  Best Wishes!!

 Just like the most reliable and permanent way to augment the breasts is with implants, the most reliable and permanent way to augment the hip area is also with implants. Unfortunately fat grafting to the hip area is frequently met with very poor success because the fat simply does not survive well. Another thing is, if you are asked to purposely gain weight (i.e. fat) for the procedure, the fat you lose first as you get back to your baseline weight after surgery is that very same fat that was transferred into your buttock/hip...so don't fall victim to this recommendation.  Finally, do not waste your money on the minuscule results of temporary fillers (eg Sculptra or hyaluronic acids) or the disastrous consequences of permanent fillers such as PMMA or silicone.  Glad to be of help.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. I you have extra fat, then fat transfer might be an option. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I perfom buttock implants along with hip implants in a combination procedure. the results are dramatic and widely successful. You would be a good candidate for this approach. Please be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.

You have a beautiful figure as it is and my opinion is that plastic surgery isn't worth it.

 A couple of things come to mind after reading your post. “ The enemy of good is better ““ The closer someone is to perfect the less intervention they need “ Consider asking three trusted friends to support your decision to have body contouring.  Consider the number of people who end up being disfigured from the liposuction part of the procedure.  Disfigurement from bad liposuction is often irreversible.  I say this because your body is stunning and if anything goes wrong even if it’s minor you’ll have wasted your money and severely regret your decision.  F, you find a provider who is truly on top of their game, has sufficient experience and inherited talent both in liposuction and fat transfer then you should be able to get the change you’re looking for without too much difficulty.  Fat transfer is the only realistic option in my opinion.  In your case I would say don’t have any surgical intervention.  You shouldn’t have to look very far to recognize and feel gratitude for the body you were given.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
