you will have to dissolve some. And then see how it changes the profile. do it in steps. And then u can add more if u prefer. That's my advice

mghazi11 I appreciate your concern, however more information and physical exam would be helpful to provide  specific recommendations. First off, you have an extremely pretty face and a conservative approach should be taken in your case. Exactly what filler was recently placed in your face and exactly what locations? Was any filler placed in your chin? Fillers can be dissolved however it is a process and usually once removed, more fillers may be needed to achieve the desired result.Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist with lots of experience with fillers to improve your chances of the best possible result. It would be best to compare your before and after photos to see how much volume they added.  Also how many syringes were used? I would have the filler dissolved in the area that you are not happy with and start all over with. Thanks for your photos. They are a great help. However, I would need to see your before photo to get a better idea of the work that was done on the cheeks. Having said that, it sounds like you ended up with dramatic cheek augmentation result that was not your intention. You are gorgeous and aesthetic treatments should make you feel better about yourself and more self confident.   
If your end result is not your aesthetic, have a consultation with a physician who focuses on facial reshaping with fillers to discuss your next step.
If your goal is to keep your cheeks as they are, then bringing the lower face into better balance with the cheeks will enhance your overall look. I would focus on reshaping the chin so that it is less pointy.
If you absolutely don't like your present cheeks or do not feel comfortable with having more fillers, enzymatic removal of the cheek filler is an option, if it was a hyaluronic acid filler that you had done. However, this process comes with its own set of issues that you need to be aware of before starting. The most important issue is that it may take several sessions to get symmetrical results on the two sides.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent injectable treatment.  I do agree that high cheek bones are a great aesthetic for most patients at any age.  In your case, it would be best to get a complete history of what recent fillers you have had and where they have been placed.  Before and after photos will also be very helpful.  The midface filler seems to be elongating your face overall visually and accentuating your chin point.  Did you have filler there as well?  You can allow the products to dissolve naturally or inject hyaluronidase and essentially start over.  This may be the fastest way to reach your short-term goals. Adding more filler may be counterproductive. Its best to see an experience board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options in person.  Good luck!

It is hard to say without seeing where you started out. Yes, if fillers was placed and you feel that it was too much, it can be dissolved.  You can also wait for the filler to dissolve over time.  Best of luck. Make sure you check credentials before going to someone.

You're absolutely correct in stating that high cheekbones are attractive and very in. However, your high cheekbones make the rest of your face look a bit narrow at the lower portion and especially in the chin area. I would recommend using your own fat in trying to soften your facial features a bit. I would soften the lower face by making your chin appear less pinched and the rest can be discussed in person with a plastic surgeon who specializes in fat grafting and using photographs of what you wish to look like.
