I personally prefer using Sculptra for butt lifts. Sculptra is primarily made from a PLLA compound which is made by the body to help firm muscles. Sculptra also stimulates new collagen production for youthful results that last longer than other dermal fillers. Radiesse for butt lift to stimulate collagen is diluted with saline solution (salt water) or lidocaine (local anesthetic used for numbing).  The amount of product is 1.5 ml (1 syringe) per side.  The two products are totally different.  Both have been used in the face for a number of years but the indication for buttock lifting is relatively new.  Sculptra is more expensive but longer lasting.
