I love the look of a sharp, pronounced, and defined collarbone. (I attached a wish pic). If I were to budget for 3 syringes of Radiesse (1.5cc) per side (6 syringes total, therefore 9cc), would that be able to create this look? Is there any contraindication for injecting in this area?
Answer: Skin Tightening for the Neck -- Kybella, Ultherapy, Thermage, PDO NovaThreads vs VASER Hi-Def, ThermiRF, Renuvion, BodyTite Thank you for your question!A combination approach would give the most improvement. Nonsurgical options such as Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, and Ultherapy do well in combination for skin tightening, but the results are mild compared to surgical options. I also suggest using medical-grade skincare to help you achieve and maintain your results such as Jan Marini - Skin Zyme Face Mask which can also be used on the neck area, found at Emeragecosmetics.com along with a free consult with a Skin Care Specialist. (See link below). I would recommend a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma) and InMode BodyTite to contour and tighten the chin and neck. A neck lift can be performed at the same time, if you're a good candidate. I suggest seeing a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist to develop a personalized treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Radiesse Thank you for your question. I am unable to see your wish photo that you have attached. I believe that Radiesse is the best choice for filler in the collarbone area. I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified injector for a consultation.

Answer: Radiesse for collar bone Although I have not used it for this purpose, I would see no problem using Radiesse to augment the collar bones. An examination of you would be helpful to determine how many syringes might be needed. Radiesse is a relatively firm filler, so more augmentation can be created with less of it than other fillers. I think 3 syringes for each side sounds fairly excessive.

Answer: Collarbone enhancement Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, I can't see your wish list photo, but your question is interesting. Radiesse would be probably the best choice if you were considering filler for this area. Have you seen a plastic surgeon for their opinion on this matter? I don't know of any contraindications for using fillers in the collarbone, but it is not a common area to inject with fillers, so you would want to be very careful about who is doing your procedure in that area. Maybe there are other options, such as liposuction, but it is difficult to say on this forum what would be appropriate for you as far as amount injected and what approach would give you the results you are looking for. I would consider an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that operates on the body, not just the face, and has an excellent safety record and who is someone you can feel comfortable with and connect with. Best of luck!

Answer: Radiesse for more definition As long as the skin overlying the collarbone is thin enough, there's absolutely no reason why you should not get the results you're looking for. 6 syringes may in fact be too many. I hope this is helpful and good luck from New York City
