I got my permanent veneers placed today thinking they would be the exact same thing as my temp. Wrong. They're short, crooked and my midline is off. Also I asked for very white (I don't care if they match the others) and they look awful.

If you have your veneers seated and you are unhappy with them, then you should always report this to the dentist immediately, at the time of placement.  This is because the dentist will likely redo and fix whatever you are unhappy about at that moment for no charge.  He or she may also decide to redo the entire case for you for free.  However, if you leave the office without voicing any displeasure, then wait a week or two, you are much less likely to have your veneers redone by the same dentist for free.  Probably the worst thing you can do is go to another dentist to have them redone because you will end-up paying for them twice.  Good luck and I hope this helps. u r right, tell yr dentist for re treatment. and tell him for mockup before new veneers, so u can get idea, how it will look after cementation.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your new veneers.  It does appear that something may have been cemented incorrectly.  I would speak with the dentist and talk about your concerns.  I am going to assume that you approved them prior to having them bonded in.Good luck

I do see what you are unhappy withI would go back to the dentist and tell him/herthat you are not happy and would like them redone    I do agree with you and i do not think you are over reacting

No, you are not overreacting.  Front veneer may have been cemented off center.  If you hate the look go in and talk to your dentist.Did you look in a mirror to approve them before cementation?
