That tooth looks like it has decay. I would see a dentist and have them take an X-ray. They will be able to give you a treatment plan to restore it at that visit. Good luck.
When you chip a front tooth that is so visible, go see a cosmetic dentist. The cosmetic dentist just means that they like to make your fillings look good. They will take an xray to evaluate the hole and make a recommendation. Hopefully you just need another filling. Unfortunately super glue washes out in saliva and it sticks to your lips so you can have a big problem. Good luck!
It is never wise to practice dentistry on yourself! You cannot glue a restoration back in. The restoration for a reason, likely in your case- decay. You will need an x-ray, and your dentist can remove the decay and place a new restoration on that tooth for you.
Depending on how wide you smile, its generally best to do 8-10 veneers. 6 is never a great option because the canines are where the teeth in your arch take a turn and you tend to get a shadowing effect of the teeth behind the canines if you don't veneer at least one more tooth past the canine on...
