2 years after botched arm lipo. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

It’s been over 2 years so I think this is the final result. I’m very upset over this. I've been told the dr was too rough with the cannula. Is something like this even fixable?

this likely will never be fully improved but with a revision procedure and/or fat grafting it may bea ble to be improved. If there is loose skin it may need to be removed.  We would need to see you in person.  Best, Dr. Emer.

westsidegirl.   So sorry you are having these issues after liposuction. While physical examination is optimal, it appears that revision for you would require a combination of micro liposuction and fat grafting to both arms to improve the various contour irregularities that are present. Depending on the severity, this may require more than one procedure and perfect resolution cannot be guaranteed. Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in the region with lots of experience to evaluate your particular situation and explore the best options for you. Good luck.

Hi there,    It seems as though the dimpling  gets much worse with flexing.......it would be worth a try with a diluted Botulism toxin series of injections to relax those pulling muscle connections.....it is possible to add fat, try to release those tethers but honestly you would spend a small fortune, go through a agreat deal and still not have great arms.......a direct excision with a long scar would also tighten significantly but the scar is a big price to pay....   whatever you do go slow and be skeptical

the problems you have are challenging. One can try to use a combination of autologous fat transfer, undermining, and minimal fat removal. Unfortunately, this is very difficult to correct.

Thank you for the photographs which demonstrate uneven distribution of the soft tissues after liposuction.I'm sorry that you have developed this complication of the liposuction procedure.
Correction involves a combination of cannula tracking without suction to recanalize the area followed by fat grafting into the deficient areas.
Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
