It’s been over 2 years so I think this is the final result. I’m very upset over this. I've been told the dr was too rough with the cannula. Is something like this even fixable?

Answer: Dimpling after liposuction Hi there, It seems as though the dimpling gets much worse with flexing.......it would be worth a try with a diluted Botulism toxin series of injections to relax those pulling muscle connections.....it is possible to add fat, try to release those tethers but honestly you would spend a small fortune, go through a agreat deal and still not have great arms.......a direct excision with a long scar would also tighten significantly but the scar is a big price to pay.... whatever you do go slow and be skeptical

Answer: Uneven arm results the problems you have are challenging. One can try to use a combination of autologous fat transfer, undermining, and minimal fat removal. Unfortunately, this is very difficult to correct.
