Dear patient., I would urge you to call you doctor and discuss the swelling. It is generally normal and can resolve withing a day or day. I have had aggressive treatments result in swelling that lasted 3-4 days. Oral and IM steroid injections can help reduce persistent swelling.

Venus Viva depth of penetration can be titrated. I would suggest doing fillers on another day to minimize swelling and edema. Existing facial fillers in the deeper soft tissue should not be impacted. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
