I regret that I agreed to have the Venus Viva procedure done. I lost work days due to post Venus. What should I do? (Photos)

The nurse performed the procedure told me that down time was only one day . I am scheduled to fly to Honolulu, I had to call in sick. Because I am a flight attendant and I can't show up for work like this picture what should I do ?

Viva causes swelling and redness that can last 3-7 days if done aggressively.  In my practice we give all patients take home masks to calm this down and have them take claritin/benadryl for a week.  Skin care is essential at this time to calm swelling. We use PRP and microneedling to speed up the healing process. I suggest consulting with a board certified dermatologist for further evaluation and treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hey am sorry for what happened with you. Though venus viva is a treatment of minimum downtime but depending on the parameters and skin sensitivity, I have occasionally seen downtime last upto 5-6 days as well.. So it was a close call if you had your flight the next day. Use some antibiotic mild steroid combination anti inflammatory oint with arnica cream. also orally take an antiallergic tab. Also apply primer and use camouflage makeup cover.
