Two days after my first microneedling session I tried to wear foundation, but it just ended up drying out my skin. So I used a cleansing oil to clean my face, which then 'exfoliated' off a lot of the dead skin - however its now a bit patchy... and even more red and sore. Will I have damaged my skin? Will it reverse the 'good' it was doing/the effect the microneedling was doing? Any hints and tips please?
