Is there a risk of nerve (or small nerves) damage with microneedle with a 1,5 needle?

If I did this on my forehead and between my eyes... with a 1.5mm needles. Are there risks of small nerve damage?

This can be typical after microneedling. It is normal to have swelling and/or redness after microneedling for a few days and this is due to inflammation and histamine release. If it doesn't resolve in a few days, please consult your Doctor.  I find adding PRP decreases redness and swelling more...
