First of all don't cry it will heal !  It looks like your have some active acne ?  I would advise you to let it heal and then you can properly make a better assessment.  I would like you to use the appropriate skin care for compromised skin.  Every clinician has a different approach and its about to the clinicians expertise to proper assess the skin and also to explain to the patient the side effects of the procedure.  If you would like to come in for a second opinion I would gladly see what can do to help you through this process.  We are located in Paramus, New Jersey.Heidi (Medical Esthetician)  Aydin Plastic Surgery

It is normal to have swelling and/or redness after microneedling for a few days and this is due to inflammation and histamine release. If it doesn't resolve in a few days, please consult your Doctor.  I find adding PRP decreases redness and swelling more quickly and we like to do microneedling with lasers to get better outcomes.  Best, Dr. Emer

I'm sorry to hear about the symptoms that you are having after your microneedling treatment. I recommend that you visit a board certified dermatologist to get to the root of the problem.
