I had a sliding genioplasty 2 years ago to improve the position of my chin. The chin is now central, but from the front it is too small for my face, which really ages me (I'm 25). I thought perhaps a pre jowl implant would improve this, and help with the slight double chin, but doctors I have spoken to seem to feel that it would be too unstable. I'm aware I could go for fillers, but would need quite a bit and the price of doing this would quite quickly exceed surgery. What would you recommend?
