Follow-Up Question: Poor sun damaged skin, texture is getting worse after CO2 laser. Suggested Halo, but I', reluctant. Advice?

Skin texture is getting progressively worse after 3 sessions of fractional co2 laser and I’m starting to lose hope. I’m only 32, where does it go from here. There is 11 months between the two pictures and 3 sessions of laser has done nothing to slow it down. I am based in Manchester In the UK and we don’t have the array of lasers as the US. I have found halo down in London but given so far laser has not worked, I am reluctant to spend the money again for such poor results. Please help
