I’ve decided to have fractional co2 for my acne scars. However i’m very confused if I should have microablative co2 fractional (quantel/exelo 2: less than 750 microns ablation) or deeply ablative co2 fractional (Lumenis/Ultrapulse: potentially over 750 micron ablation) for my scars. Exelo2 is closer and cheaper. For ultrapulse I would have to travel and its more expensive. Is ultrapulse total fx worth it compared to microablative co2 fractional? I will also have fat transfer and suncision.
