275 pounds, BMI 42, age 41, had neck banding/creases since childhood. Not intentionally losing weight for various reasons, focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep quality instead. No illnesses, metabolic or otherwise aside from fibro. I have always had some form of double chin since my mid-20s at 165lb. I know obese people often aren't considered good candidates and subplatysmal fat that cannot be removed by lipo. Could it be done? Would it be worth it? I'm in the UK.
