Could I get a tummy tuck with liposuction if I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 100kg? (Photos)

thanks for the question and sharing your photographs. You should benefit from a standard abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. the abdominoplasty procedure should get rid of excess skin and tightening of muscles and liposuction will give you good contour. 

Thank you for your question & photos!  Based on your photos, a tummy tuck with liposuction 360 would ultimately give you the best result.  Liposuction will remove excess fat with some retraction of skin.  A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of muscle.  The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss.  By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves.  Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. A tummy tuck with liposuction at the same time will no doubt help improve the appearance of your abdomen significantly. However, your BMI is quite high at the moment for the benefits of the surgery to outweigh the risks. Ideally, you need to loose about 10kg to have the surgery done safely for you. For optimal outcome, please consult a fully qualified plastic surgeon, who
has specialist qualification in plastic surgery 'FRCS Plast' after having being
trained adequately in the field of plastic surgery, is registered on the
'Specialist register for Plastic surgery' with the General Medical Council and
has been considered competent enough to be a member of the 'BAPRAS' (British
Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons) and 'BAAPS'
(British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) at the least.

BMI of 35 is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for this procedure. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL. Your risks of complications during and after surgery will be lower, and the final results of the procedures will be enhanced.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on the photo, you might want to consider a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist, flanks and back. The abdominoplasty, or more commonly known as tummy tuck, is a procedure that removes excess skin and tighten it to give you a flatter stomach. Liposuction will get rid of excess fats and improve the contour of the areas. However, make sure that your BMI is below 30 if that's possible and achievable. The ideal BMI is generally 18-24 but having a little higher than that is still good for surgery if the patient is healthy and has no conditions that can increase risks of complication during and after surgery. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical options.

Unfortunately, your BMI needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.
