I've had five babies and it's ruined my stomach. I have diastasis recti and a lot of loose skin, I have underactive thyroid, I know I'm not going to get a tiny skinny result. All I want is a normal stomach again with no big bulge or overhanging skin so I can feel confident again to go back to the gym. I also want to get back to a healthy weight instead of feeling ashamed and embarrassed over my stomach.
Answer: Abdominoplasty with liposuction thanks for the question and sharing your photographs. You should benefit from a standard abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. the abdominoplasty procedure should get rid of excess skin and tightening of muscles and liposuction will give you good contour.

Answer: Tummy Tuck Thank you for your question & photos! Based on your photos, a tummy tuck with liposuction 360 would ultimately give you the best result. Liposuction will remove excess fat with some retraction of skin. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. Best of luck! Answer: #tummytuck with #PlasticSurgery in patients with excess weight A tummy tuck with liposuction at the same time will no doubt help improve the appearance of your abdomen significantly. However, your BMI is quite high at the moment for the benefits of the surgery to outweigh the risks. Ideally, you need to loose about 10kg to have the surgery done safely for you. For optimal outcome, please consult a fully qualified plastic surgeon, who has specialist qualification in plastic surgery 'FRCS Plast' after having being trained adequately in the field of plastic surgery, is registered on the 'Specialist register for Plastic surgery' with the General Medical Council and has been considered competent enough to be a member of the 'BAPRAS' (British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons) and 'BAAPS' (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) at the least.

Answer: Could I get a tummy tuck with liposuction if I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 100kg? It is best when considering elective plastic surgery to have a BMI below 30. Those above this threshold have a higher risk for complications such as poor wound healing, seroma, and infection. Losing some weight prior to surgery will also better allow your surgeon to optimize your results. We offer HCG diet to assist our patients with their weight loss journey.

Answer: Possible body lift VS etended TT The best result will likely be a circumferential body lift and or an extended tummy tuck with 360 degree liposuction. Just a routine TT will not remove the skin or fat from the waist and flank areas. I hope this helps, Good Luck!
