I had 1ml of Uma Jeunesse yesterday and have had lip fillers in the past (usually juvederm, last time was February 2017) I am used to having the swollen look the day after however I'm worried that there seems to be a dent and a lump on my right side... is this just swelling or when do I start to worry? I have been using flat ice packs and noticed this an hour after the filler was put in: even if I have had lumps before they've been bilateral and not asymmetric. It has only been 24 hours

Hi hanieh1364, Dissolving with hyaluronidase should not be rushed so it may take a couple of treatments. Slow but sure. After the swelling and the action of hyaluronidase subsides, filler can be injected again. All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
