Hey, I have grade 3 inverted nipple and I was wondering if there was a technique for correcting them that I would be able to breastfeed afterwards, if I decided to have more children.

Answer: Breast feeding and inverted nipple repair Classically the correction of an inverted nipple involves dividing the tethered milk ducts that are shortened for one reason or another therefore pulling the nipple or part of it in. I advise patients to not attempt repair until after you are through with breast feeding because of the high likelihood you would not be able to successfully do so after. I hope this helps.Dr. Edwards
