Does anyone know the ball park cost of the En Bloc Explantation with a lift in Virginia? I am very thin so I think I'll need a lift at the same time. I don't want to have to have future surgeries as it's so expensive for each one to be done. I understand that every Dr. is different. If it helps I am a 57 yr old woman who only weighs 95 lbs and will explanting 325cc gel implants under all muscle.

Answer: Breast Explantation with Lift Explantation would be about $2,500. A breast lift would add $3,500. The OR fees would total another $1,000 for a total of $7,000 for explantation with mastopexy. This can also be done without having to use general anesthesia. I hope that this helps.

This would not include travel, lodging, pre-op physical, or medications, but would include all follow-up care.Every area of the country will have different costs for identical procedures, so it is appropriate for you to have consultations in your area (many are complimentary as they are in my office) to assess just what must be done and give you an exact cost quote. Individual doctors will also have different cost estimates, so be sure you are seeing ABPS-certfied plastic surgeons who do lots of breast surgery.
