I have my patietns use Arnika and vitamin K topically and oral vitamin C post vein treatments.  Also compression on the legs for 5-7 days helps decrease the chance of prolonged pigmentation after vein treatments.  This looks normal.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You can rejuvenate the hands very well with fillers, I suggest that first before removing the veins with sclerotherapy.  Best, Dr. Emer.

How long after getting sclerotherapy do I need to wait to have a laser treatment?

I find that lasers do not work as well as sclero but you can get the laser treatments as early as 2-3 weeks after the sclero.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Venous lake on my lip. Dr wants to do sclerotherapy but dr has never done this on a Venuos lake before

This can be treated by lasers or desicciation, I would avoid sclerotherapy to this area unless the person is an expert in this treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.
