Thank you for your question and for sharing your photograph.  It is not uncommon to have lipomas found in a cluster and the risk of malignancy is not greater in these cases.  Hope this helps.

From your description of your appearance after the removal of your forehead lipoma, I would say the change is almost certainly due to the swelling that occurred after the procedure.  Your appearance should return to normal after the swelling improves over the next several days.  

During the acute healing after removal of lipoma one would expect to see a contour deformity.  Over time the body will remodel the tissues.  If one has a deformity after six months then further treatment may be performed.  I would recommend observation for my patients for at least 3-6 months.  G...
