Your breasts are looking great at this point.  Healing from a breast augmentation takes time. The appearance of your breasts will change day to day, and it is not uncommon for one breast to drop a little sooner than the other.  Try as best you as you can to be patient and endure the process. Keep all of your follow up appointments with your plastic surgeon. Communicate your concerns directly to him.  He can guide you through your unique case and provide you with reassurance and steps for optimal healing and results.

Congratulations on your surgery and thank you for your question.  You are in the very early stages of recovery.  Breasts can take about 6-8 months to settle completely.  I would suggest continuing your massage instructions that your surgeon may have give you and wait a little bit longer.  Best of luck to you. 

With aggressive massage, the implant may drop from months 3 through 6.  If they have not changed by 6 months, you may want to consider whether to lower the implant.
