hello,my name is valla(IND), I am a male 22 years old, weight-92kg,height-172cm.  i have ugly puffy nipples on my chest. how to reduce my puffy nipple/ areola ? give any treatment/medicine/excersie for reduce fatty/puffy nipple

This may only be corrected with surgery. To treat puffy nipples, you may need excision. This would be done by making an incision  around the  areola to remove excess tissue. This could work for you.However, please see an experienced board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether this procedure is suitable for you.

To reduce the puffy appearance and size of the areola you can have areola reduction surgery.  During this procedure your board certified plastic surgeon will remove excess tissue that causes the puffy appearance.  The areola tissue can also be reduced and shaped to be more masculine.  This procedure is relatively simple with little to no downtime.
