Indentations should be diminish with time. If not, your doctor can provide suggestions for this concern. In-office medi-spa treatments may be an option. But, it's best to be patient in the meantime. 
The final results of the procedure are typically most noticeable 2-4 months following the #Vaser. So, you must have patience. The swelling will gradually diminish while the contours of the treated area(s) can continue to improve up to one year post procedure; becoming more apparent in appearance. If you have concerns about your healing, or pain that you question to be unusual, it is important to call your plastic surgeon to discuss these further asked to be examined. 

In looking at your pictures, it appears to me that there may be an atrea on your inner thigh that may have been squeezed a little tighter than other areas of your thigh by the garment.  The inner thigh is prone to this happening if the garment gets bunched up and pushes into the area for a long enough period of time.  Sometimes even a day of this will casue this problem.  Any liposuction that has done enough liposuction has seen this occur with at least one or two of there patients.  You are still in the healing phase of your liposuction and you are early enough to try and have something done to treat this.  In my practice we use a combination of external ultrasound, a diode laser and radiofrequency to try and address this.  It is often very successful in resolving this issue.  I would visit your surgeon and see if he thinks that this may have been part of the reason for the crease and see what treatment protocol, if any, he would recommend.  There are different protocols that can help and I only mentioned the one that we use.
