Peculiar sensation of movement under the skin following vaser lipo

I had vaser lipo 5 days ago and started noticing a weird bubbly sensation in the treated area (abdomen) a few days ago. It occurs when I'm walking around, getting up from sitting position, rolling over in bed etc. I've been wearing my compression garment and having daily lymphatic drainage massages (the therapist can't detect anything that feels unusual). If I press down the sensation seems to move, almost like an air bubble moving around.
