3 days post double eyelid surgery. Yesterday while cleaning wound there was yellow pus in the wound. Infection?

I am very worried, this morning I just checked, the pus has all dried up but there is still minor pain where the pus came out from. Does this mean my infection has stopped? I am taking antibiotics
