That being said, the procedure needs to be right for you. If you are someone who works out, eats well, and has difficulty with stubborn fat covering the abdominal muscles, then this may make sense for you. If you are not, then a less aggressive approach may suit your body better. i recommend a consultation with an expert in body contouring to get results that you really want, not just results from some guy you see on a social media post.
