Thank you for your question.  The answer to your question is yes.  It is possible for a surgeon to do high def liposculpture.  That being said, the procedure needs to be right for you.  If you are someone who works out, eats well, and has difficulty with stubborn fat covering the abdominal muscles, then this may make sense for you.  If you are not, then a less aggressive approach may suit your body better.  i recommend a consultation with an  expert in body contouring to get results that you really want, not just results from some guy you see on a social media post.  Best of luck

The answer to your question is yes it's possible to do high definition VAS ER etching and carveout muscle  intersections and how many transcriptions leaving fat to look like bulging muscle.  Before you go there ask yourself the following questions.  Is looking natural or even normal important to you?  Does how are you appear in the future make a difference or is that important to you?  To start with the number one question.  Have you ever seen a man with massive ripped abdominal muscles who has no muscle definition elsewhere on their body and is generally out of shape?  I haven't seen too many. The ones I had looked freakishly ridiculous and all of them had etching done with good intentions.  This procedure only looks good in young tight men who already are bulging with big muscles from hitting the gym hours every day.  In those cases it adds one more notch towards the ideal aesthetic male look.  People who are almost there already don't have that much fat to leave behind so the illusion of fat looking like muscle is modest.  The more body fat someone has the more ridiculous the appearance becomes.  This brings us to question number two.  Even if abdominal etching looks good on it to fit athletic 22-year-old  how do you think those results will look when that person is 50 years old and has gained 40 pounds?  On top of this how about when the skin drops a couple of centimeters and now the six pack lines don't match up where they're supposed to be on the body.  Then what happens?  Oh, I didn't think about that.  Well, I did think about that and I've thought about it a lot. My conclusion is that this operation isn't nearly as good as it seems. In fact it is borderline inappropriate.  In the world of peter pan it may be just fine but unfortunately the rest of us have to deal with reality.  My recommendations to you are as follows.  Clean up your diet, go to the gym and start exercising. Pick one cardio and do weight training three times a week.  Personally I'm a cyclist and I really enjoy riding my bicycle.  If you like running then do that.  Start lifting weights or just do any form of exercise. You don't need a gym membership to exercise.  Maximize what you can do on your own first. Then seek the help of plastic surgeons.  The results young men can get on their own so much supersedes anything plastic surgeons can do. Eat a healthy diet. Plant-based diet's with small to moderate amounts of animal protein with an overall low fat intake.  Vegan is just fine if you don't like eating animal products.  Personally I don't think etching will look good on you at all and I think you would regret getting it like a tattoo on your face.  Well done liposuction is an option.
