Hi guys 10 days after beard transplant I'm getting lots of dry skin and some shedding of hairs which I know Is normal iv been given a cleaning regiment which I'm following but the dry skin is getting excessive can I start to gently rub it to get it off?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   Follow your doctor's washing recommendation.

That should be fine to do at 10 days, but consult with your doctor. Excessively dry skin is unusual and your doctor should know about it. Plus, they may be able to suggest something to help relieve the dryness for you.

Ten days after your beard transplant
and your wounds appear to be closed but you’re reporting dry skin.   Your surgeon would be the best person to
ask.  However, when patients report
excessive dry skin, flaking and itching after a beard hair transplant we
recommend aloe vera gel.
