Hi guys 10 days after beard transplant I'm getting lots of dry skin and some shedding of hairs which I know Is normal iv been given a cleaning regiment which I'm following but the dry skin is getting excessive can I start to gently rub it to get it off?

Answer: It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.
Each surgeon has his own opinion and style.You do not need a huge amount of grafts. Please consult with different surgeons and after you will get your own opinion about how many grafts will be needed to fill in that part.
