Consider the breast augmentation and areolar reduction as a 2 stage procedure.  Depending on how  big you go, the stretch from the implant may widen the periareoler  scar if done together.

I'm concerned this might be rippling? I can feel "bumpy" feeling? I have 550cc high profile "gummy bear" textured shaped.(photo)

Rippling happens more commonly with saline implants, less often with silicone and least with textured silicone under the muscle. You went pretty big. You are still early in your healing sand some of that may settle down. Did you have rippling with the 425’s?

Why wait after 6 weeks to get into pools or hot tubs?

Thank you for your question.  The reason to wait is because submerging the incision for prolonged periods of time can cause the incision to get macerated and it can actually break down.  Usually by 6 weeks you are well healed and I let my patients get into the water.  Always...
