I had the procedure to restore hairline around temples (see pic from day 1). My native hair was unshaven. I am now 14 days post procedure & about to return to work. My Dr is conservative & wants me to avoid hair dryer & wax but this is impractical given I need to be presentable for work. Aside from “follow your Drs instructions” answers: A) when do you advise use of low power cool setting hair dryer on native hair after transplants? b) when do you advise use of hair wax?

A great first step would be an online consultation. Often you can submit photos to top hair restoration surgeons for a complimentary evaluation. This should help lead you in the right direction. Having multiple consultations with different doctors cannot hurt.
I would also recommend massaging coconut or olive oil over the crusts before bedtime and shampooing in the morning. Do not pick them off or the grafts will come out in clumps!
